Embracing artisan techniques such as calligraphy, letterpress & foil stamping adds a special finish and you can elevate your stationery with calligraphy-addressed envelopes, silk or velvet ribbons, vellum wraps or wax seals.
Having worked with couples and wedding planners throughout the UK and overseas over the years, I am knowledgeable when it comes to wedding stationery and offers a highly personalised consultative service. From advice on concept, etiquette, wording, papers, colour palettes, printing variations and finishing details; I will guide you through the process and help eliminate the overwhelm that so many couples experience. I often work directly with planners and suppliers (such as the venues and florists) to ensure a cohesive aesthetic to your day and a stress-free experience.

SEMI-BESPOKE HOUSE COLLECTION

A thoughtfully curated collection of suites, designed in a signature aesthetic - timeless and classical. From save the dates, to invitations, menus and ceremony booklets, to give a cohesive look to your stationery throughout your wedding. Semi-custom stationery is the more cost-effective stationery option. Each design is customisable and can be tailored with your choice of font, colours and print methods. Embellishments and optional bespoke illustrative details can be added to create a look that is still personal and meaningful.
Timing 4-8 weeks.
BESPOKE STATIONERY
Bespoke stationery is like couture. Working together we will create stationery that is completely tailored to your vision & aesthetic, incorporating details that will make it highly personal & unique to you. Bespoke design is an investment with a design/studio fee from £550 for invitation suites and from £400 for on-the-day stationery. Production costs are in addition and are based on the quantity and print method.
Timing 12+ weeks

INVITATION
DESIGN PROCESS

The invitation process begins with an opportunity to talk through your wedding and the vision you have for your wedding invitations. I will gain a better understanding of your invitation style, printing preference, and anything you will need to make your invitation suite perfect.

I will send you a tailored proposal with visuals for inspiration, pricing and a quote. If you would like to go ahead, I will send an invoice for 50% of the total cost as a deposit together with a contract to sign. Once your deposit payment has been received, you will receive a welcome email with next steps, timescales and instructions on how & when to submit your information. If a deposit isn’t received within 7 days the contract will be voided.

As I begin the design phase, I will take everything we discussed during your consultation and incorporate it into your invitation suite.
I will be on hand to expertly guide you through wording and etiquette.Bepoke clients will receive a moodboard as a starting point for the design. We will collaborate on the design and ensure that we are aligned.

Once the design of your invitation suite is complete, you will receive your first set of digital proofs. Together, we will carefully review your initial proofs to ensure everything is accurate & we will collaborate to achieve the perfect design you love. If you would like to make any changes, I will provide a second round of proofs based on your feedback. Further revisions will happen if necessary and will only incur a cost if changes are significantly different from the initial brief and design.

When you are 100% happy with your design, I will send you your final print ready proof for approval in order to send your items into production. It is important at this stage to check all spelling and information included as it cannot be changed once it is printed . After you approve your proofs and pay your final balance, your order will be scheduled for production. The printing and production of your invitation suite may take anywhere from two to eight weeks depending on the quantity, printing method and scope of your order.

After receiving the completed printing, every order is carefully inspected, assembled and packaged before it leaves the studio.
You will receive a complimentary invitation suite as a keepsake and another for your wedding photographer to create a flat lay.
Delivery costs will be calculated on the final weight and items will be sent tracked and insured by courier.

Once sent to your guests and RSVPs have been received, we will then move onto the on the day stationery.
