APRIL Kidligraphy Workshop - Modern Calligraphy & Hand-Lettering for children aged 9 to 13 ~ 9th April 2024 at 10am
A workshop where writing is fun & inspiring! For children aged 9 to 13 to switch off their digital tech and get creative with pen & paper. They will learn the basic techniques of calligraphy and letterforms, brush lettering, faux-calligraphy (how to make letters look like calligraphy but using a pen or pencil instead) & different lettering styles. No experience is necessary (and neither is neat handwriting!). All materials are provided including pens and detailed worksheets for them to take away so they can continue getting creative at home; and add their lettering to cards, letters, journals, art projects… the list goes on!
Refreshment and healthy snack included.
Note: Please wear suitable clothing that you don’t mind getting pen on - just in case!
Sarah is a mum herself to two teenagers and is fully DBS-checked & insured. You are welcome to drop your child off and collect afterwards.
The workshop is for 2 hours
Tickets are non-refundable. Transferable to alternative date (if available) with advance notification. If the workshop is cancelled by dot the i Atelier & an alternative date is not convenient, a full refund will be given.
